Ticket Sales & Membership Policy: All sales are final, No exchange or refund allowed after purchase is made. Membership fee is non-refundable. In case of tickets are to be mailed, India Waves is not responsible to replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

Advertising Refund Policy and Product Refund Policy: For advertising purchased on India Waves through a credit card transaction refunds will be issued back through the credit card used in the original transaction. Refunds will be issued for discrepancies between the contract order and the actual advertising delivered. Contracts may not be cancelled after advertising is scheduled and/or started. If you cancel your ad for whatever reason and it's already been placed, ran or put on the schedule you will not receive a refund.

If your ad is not ran on the scheduled/promised date, or in an erroneous spot, we will promptly re-schedule your ad in the next available spot.
We are not responsible for lack of interest in your ad once it's run or begins running. You will not receive a refund because of lack of interest or response.
