Following is Prize Claim & validation policy for India Waves Live Radio winners:

1. The winners are selected at random and announced before the end of the broadcast.
2. India Waves selects the prizes for the winners at random.
3. All announced winners must contact India Waves by following Tuesday via email radio@indiawaves.com
4. All winners are required to email First and Last Name, Mailing Address and Telephone Number(s) to validate the prize.
5. Winners' emails are acknowledged in Five (5) business days. If your email is not acknowledged in five (5) business days, call 510-487-4988.
6. Winners are informed with instructions to claim their prize within 10 days after prize verification.
7. India Waves uses discretion to select prizes in consent with the respective Sponsor. Prizes are not substituted.
8. All prize claims must match the first name, last name and the city as announced on air to secure the prize.
9. One prize per household. One concert ticket per household per concert.
10. Winners will be required to produce ID with the name used on AIR to claim their prizes including Concert tickets, DVDs, CDs, etc.
11. India Waves and the Sponsor reserve the right to enforce above policy in prize giveaways.
12. Prizes are mailed or winners will be asked to pick up in delegated locations
13. Any violation will disqualify the winner the prize will be carried over.
